60-Day Money-Back Guarantee We want you and your dog to love LickLoop. If it's not the right fit, you're covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee.
No need to return it Because return shipping often costs more than the product itself, you do not need to send the item back to receive your refund. If you're not satisfied within 60 days of delivery, email support@lickloop.com with your order number and we'll arrange a full refund.
Refund processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Order changes & cancellations We begin processing orders quickly. You can change or cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@lickloop.com with your order number. After that, or once the order has shipped, it follows the guarantee process above.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items Please inspect your order on delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a clear photo and we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund — no need to return it.
Friendly resolution (before disputes) Please contact support@lickloop.com first so we can fix any issue before you open a dispute or chargeback. We respond within 48 hours, keep records of every case, and will contest disputes that go against our published policies using delivery confirmation and our communications.
Your statutory rights Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty or not as described.
