Welcome to LickLoop. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and pricing We do our best to display product colours, sizes and details accurately, but slight variations may occur, and images are for illustration. All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). We may correct errors, change prices, or update product information at any time without notice. If a pricing error affects an order you've placed, we may cancel it and issue a full refund.

3. Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

4. Use of the product LickLoop is an enrichment and slow-feeding product for dogs. Always supervise your dog during use, and stop using the product if it becomes damaged. It is not a medical or veterinary device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If your dog has a health concern, please consult your veterinarian.

5. Intellectual property All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to LickLoop and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, LickLoop is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website, or from misuse of the product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Governing law These terms are governed by the consumer-protection laws applicable to customers in Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version here. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
