We're proud to offer free shipping on all orders across Australia.
Where we ship We currently ship within Australia.
Order processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During promotions or peak periods, processing may take a little longer. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can occasionally be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or busy periods.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Incorrect address Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer; re-shipping fees may apply in those cases.
Item not received An order cannot be claimed as "not received" while tracking shows it is still in transit within the estimated delivery window, or where tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at support@lickloop.com and we'll investigate and make it right.
Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
